Not turning on (Sensor is on)Using the Remote: Unplug the cord of the tv on the socket While you press and hold the VOL+ button for 5 seconds, immediately plug the TV back into a working power outlet. Make sure remote is pointed directly to the TV sensor. TV will then enter the recovery mode screen. You will see “Entering recovery system! Erasing”. After the recovery is completed, the problem will be fixed. You can use the remote control or the buttons on the TV to power ON to confirm whether the unit has been repaired.

Connected to wifi but no internetKindly switch the date/time to be automatically updated by the TV and you should be able to access the internet again.

Stuck on factory modeYou can press the red and blue together button on the bottom corner of the remote control, and wait a moment to exit the factory mode. You may press 9731 on the remote.

Remote not workingPlease use troubleshooting instructions below: Reset the remote: It's possible that the remote won't operate for a while due to a bad battery connection or static electricity. Remove the batteries from the remote and press each button twice to ensure that none of the buttons are stuck. Replace the batteries, make sure they're fresh and working Clean the TV's remote-control sensor lens. The remote control has an effective range of 5 to 6 meters. If the remote is paired with Bluetooth, make sure there are no other Bluetooth devicesconnected to the TV.

USB not workingYou may try to access the USB via multimedia or media app that is downloaded on your tv. You may access the files on photo & video as well. Please note that the USB should be a FAT 32GIG format.

Not Showing ChannelsChange the time in the settings to manual then changed back to sync. Then change the time zone to state (Ex: NSW) where you are located. After changing the settings, you may try to do a tuning on the tv once more

Not ChargingRemove panel at rear of device to access charging point. Remove plastic cover over batteries.

Cannot detect QR codeAfter uninstalling the app kindly disconnect the camera and turn it off for a few seconds. Insert micro SD card into the device prior to scanning the QR code and complete the setup. On removal of SD card, camera should detected QR code straight away and should start to operate.

Changing Wi-Fi of the CameraChange the new wifi name and password to the old name and password exactly. Once you have changed the name and password back to the original name and password, the cameras should start to function again.

Subwoofer not workingTo connect Subwoofer and Soundbar successfully Make sure to plug in the soundbar into a power socket. Before turning the soundbar on, make sure to plug in subwoofer into power socket. On the back of the subwoofer, flick the switch to “ON”, it will automatically pair to soundbar. You can now commence using soundbar and press the “M” button on remote control to pick an Input source

Turning off AlarmTo turn the alarm OFF, slide the left side switch to OFF if you wish to turn off alarm or radio. The alarm will not sound again until you switch the slider to AUTO.
